SIX FLAGS!!!

Me and some of my friends went to Six Flags on Saturday, and we had an awesome time. I don't think I've ever had a fun of a Saturday in my life to be honest. Scott, Nicole, Chris, Sarah, Bro. Vanderdos, and I all went down to Six Flags together and pretty much spent the whole day standing in line (which amazingly was fun with that group). We got through a total of six rides, but had fun doing them all. We started with a roller coaster with a couple of loops in it, and I was fairly nervous since it was only the fourth roller coaster I've ever ridden, but I had an amazing time, and I had Scott for moral support with me the whole time, so it was good. Then we rode a swing ride, which was okay, but not near as fun as the roller coasters. After that we waited in line for a whole hour to ride the Batman ride, but it was totally worth it, BEST ROLLER COASTER IN THE WORLD!!!! After that we had lunch where we stood in line for another hour, and that wasn't very fun, but we did have fun at lunch. Then we rode the Ninja, which I got Nicole for moral support on, and that was fun. After that we rode a wooden roller coaster which we stood in line for about an hour and a half for, just to wait while they had 'technical difficulties' with it the minute we were in front of the line. It was fun though, and Scott was again my moral support. Then we rode some rapids, which were totally lame compared to the ones at Lagoon, but hey whatever.

Pulling back together.

Well at the end of last year I had a pretty good system. I was keeping up with grades, I was accomplishing a list of weekly goals, and I still had free time, but as the summer progressed that system crumbled into this:
"Well if Reba is on from 2-3 on Lifetime and then from 3-4 on the CW, and then on 6-7 on Lifetime again...then I just need to eat dinner from 5-6..."
So finally this week I pulled myself away from the TV screen, and am trying to re-establish that system that fell, and it's working, I've even started my Seminary reading. So life is beginning to pull back together for school.

Well it's over

It's been a great summer, the best actually, but it ends tomorrow. I had an amazing time though, and I'm glad that I got it. I have no regrets, well technically I do, but I'm physically (if not mentally) prepared for school. The summer reading is finished (and hated), the room is clean, and the backpack is packed... I'm still sad that I go back tomorrow, but heck it's gonna be one heck of a year. I'm going to make this year EPIC!!!
